Email Check privacy
We process your submitted domain and a test message you send. Do not include confidential information.
Stored data
We store the domain, optional sender address and category, public DNS observations, technical authentication results and prioritized findings. An IP hash is stored for abuse prevention.
Test message and mailbox
Test emails arrive at the OVH mailbox [email protected]. The raw file is stored in a private directory outside backups and deleted after successful analysis. If analysis does not finish, an hourly cleanup job checks raw files for deletion after 24 hours. The mailbox poller removes test messages belonging to this service after its configured retention period. Reports contain technical evidence, not message text.
Payment and report delivery
Stripe processes payment. After confirmation, Brevo sends the PDF to the address supplied at checkout. Browser download remains available.
